These terms apply to everyone who uses Hotelier24 — travellers sending enquiries and property partners listing a stay. By using the site you accept them.
What Hotelier24 is — and is not
Hotelier24 is an introduction service. You tell us where and when you want to stay; we pass that enquiry to the property. The property replies to you directly with availability and a price.
We are not a booking engine and not a travel agent. We do not take room payments, we do not hold inventory, we do not confirm reservations, and we are not a party to whatever you and the property agree. Prices shown on the site are indicative; the price that counts is the one the property quotes you.
For travellers
- Sending an enquiry is free.
- Give details that are accurate. A wrong phone number or email simply means the property cannot reply.
- By sending an enquiry you are asking us to pass your contact details to the property, and you agree that it may contact you about that stay.
- Do not use the site to send spam, abuse, or enquiries you have no intention of honouring.
For property partners
- You must be entitled to list the property and to publish the photographs and details you upload.
- Everything you publish must be accurate and current — prices, availability, amenities and photographs of the actual property.
- A listing goes live only after our team has reviewed it. We may decline a listing, or take one down, if it is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or the subject of repeated complaints.
- Reply to enquiries promptly, and honour what you quote.
- You are responsible for your guests, your property, and for every licence, registration and tax that applies to it.
Plans and payment
- Listing is free. Paid plans change how quickly and through which channel enquiries reach you; the current plans are on the pricing page.
- Plans are prepaid for the period shown and renew only when you choose to renew.
- A plan buys delivery of enquiries. It does not guarantee a number of enquiries, a number of bookings, or any particular position in search results.
- Payments are taken through our payment gateway. Fees already paid for a period in progress are not refundable except where the law requires it, or where we have failed to deliver the service.
- We may suspend a plan without refund if the listing breaks these terms.
Reviews
Partners may write one review of Hotelier24 itself. Every review is moderated before it appears, and we may decline or remove one that is abusive, false, or not about our service.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms.
Our content
The Hotelier24 name, logo, design and software are ours. Property photographs and descriptions belong to the partners who uploaded them, who grant us the right to display them on the site and in the messages we send on their behalf. Do not scrape, copy or republish the site's content without written permission.
Availability
We work to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we will give notice where that is reasonable.
Liability
Because we only make the introduction, we are not responsible for the stay itself — the room, the service, cancellations, overbooking, pricing disputes, or anything else between you and the property. Those are matters for you and the property.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with Hotelier24 is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for travellers, is nothing, because enquiries are free.
Ending it
You may stop using Hotelier24 at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction.
